AlphaTree Homes is a regulated service that provides high-quality, therapeutic residential care for children and young people who need a safe, stable, and nurturing environment. We are a small, family-style service focused on building trusted relationships, promoting emotional wellbeing, and supporting each young person to achieve positive, lasting outcomes.
Our approach is trauma-informed and individualised. We understand that every young person’s journey is different, so we create structured, supportive environments where they can feel safe, develop resilience, and grow in confidence. From daily routines to long-term planning, we work closely with local authorities, families, and professionals to ensure consistency, stability, and progress.

Protection – Safety underpins all progress. The provision of consistent physical, emotional, and relational security allows young people to stabilise and feel safe.
Healing – Behaviour is often an expression of unmet needs or past experiences. The approach centres on therapeutic care, emotional repair, and supporting recovery from trauma.
Ascension – The focus is not only on present care but future outcomes. This represents growth, independence, confidence, and supporting each young person to become the best version of themselves.
